Feel Good Holidays was born out of hands-on practice—from working directly on holiday parks every day and seeing what property owners truly need: one committed partner who manages everything seamlessly and takes full responsibility.
From three entrepreneurs to a complete team
Feel Good Holidays was founded by Miquel Lindeman, Laurens Schampers & Mandy Schampers- van der Weele. Drawing from their years of experience in the recreation industry, they saw that holiday home management and rentals could be done better, with a more personal and transparent approach.
With over 15 years of industry experience, they know exactly what happens behind the scenes of a holiday park—from property management and technical services to hospitality, guest support, entertainment, and turnover management.
But Feel Good Holidays is no longer just Miquel, Laurens and Mandy.
Today, an enthusiastic and professional team stands behind the company.
A team of specialists, each bringing their own expertise, experience, and dedication. From property care and maintenance to scheduling, guest relations, turnover coordination, and rental management. Together, they ensure every home gets the care and attention it deserves.

Feel Good Holidays originated from FGS Beheer. What started as property management and maintenance for holiday homes has expanded over the years into a comprehensive service offering.
In 2025, Feel Good Holidays was launched as a full-service rental agency, combining management, maintenance, and rental services under one roof.
To us, that just makes sense.
Because quality property management and successful rentals go hand in hand.
A home shouldn't just be in good technical condition. Everything needs to be perfect for the guest: from visual appeal and cleanliness to welcoming check-ins and clear communication.
